I have been working in property development for 15 years, with a particular passion for commercial property. For me, this sector is about much more than simply finding the right property. I want to understand how a business operates today, where it wants to go, and what role property can play in that. Based on these insights, I look for solutions that are not only practical but also make good business sense.
That, to me, is precisely where the added value of good property advice lies. Sometimes a project requires looking beyond the mere purchase or sale and considering return on investment, letting potential or the specific business case.
